Our Utah wedding reception/open house for our son, Brian and his wife Nicole, on Saturday, September 12, 2009 was a perfect celebration for them. You and your staff helped to make it that way. The food was delicious and nourishing. The presentation was beautiful and eye-catching. Lexi and Brecca, were impressive young women. We appreciated how gracious they were in accommodating our needs. They were efficient, skilled, confident and attentive to details.

The time you spent giving suggestions and ideas was very helpful as well.

I want you to know how much we appreciated your help with our wedding reception. The three ladies that came were efficient, friendly, and very professional. They set up quickly and beautifully, and they left the kitchen looking better than it started. Please express our appreciation to them.

We have had many very positive comments on the presentation and quality of food. While Kari and I only saw it from a distance, the pictures we have seen show how beautiful the buffet was. We did get to taste a little of the food, and we are very happy and impressed with the flavor and quality! Your touches to the display of the buffet were unique and appreciated.

My wedding day, at Le Chateau, was absolutely perfect!  The Luncheon food was wonderful, and everyone at the reception loved the crepes, they couldn’t stop talking about it!   If I ever need catering again I will definitely be contacting you.  I could gush more, I have nothing but wonderful things to say, and I have been telling everyone about my experience with you guys.
