*In order to provide the lowest price while providing exceptional service and food, we have priced all of our menus for events with 75 guests or more. Events with less than 75 guests are subject to an additional $1.00 charge per guest to help cover the costs of our all inclusive pricing.

Filet Mignon Package: $23.99/person
Pan seared chicken breast stuffed with bacon, spinach, gouda, and herbs, served with mushroom sauce supreme, USDA choice certified angus beef roast of filet mignon coated in bleu cheese herbed compound butter, and house seasonings, served with bordelaise sauce, U15 shrimp sautéed in garlic butter white wine sauce, Mediterranean blend of vegetables, butternut squash risotto, rosemary and garlic oven roasted new potatoes,pomegranate pecan salad, hot dinner roll with butter, and beverage of choice.

Chops & Marsala: $12.99/person

South of the Border: $10.99/person*
Fresh made warm tortillas with your choice of seasoned chicken and steak sautéed with onions and assorted peppers or slow cooked shredded pork and beef barbacoa, black beans, Spanish cilantro rice, sour cream, cheddar cheese, shredded lettuce, guacamole, fresh salsa, California garden salad with tomatilla dressing, and beverage of choice.

Holiday Celebration: $14.99/person
Basil encrusted full leg of lamb carved by our chefs in front of your guests, and served with mint lamb jus, chicken Marsala made with sweet Italian imported wine, sun dry tomato and basil risotto, lemon butter asparagus spears, balsamic strawberry pistahio salad, hot dinner roll, and beverage of choice.

Southern BBQ: $13.99/person
Hickory smoked baby back ribs with our own pineapple honey chipotle BBQ sauce, beef brisket, shredded pork, baked beans with apple wood smoked bacon, potato salad, fruit display, corn on the cob, and beverage of choice.

Western BBQ: $11.99/person
Ginger BBQ grilled spare ribs, Pulled BBQ pork with mini brioche buns, corn bread with honey butter, baked beans, German potato salad, corn on the cob, and beverage of choice.
