For those brides with a theme in mind, or who just want something different, our ethnic food stations are always loved by guests. Our chefs come on site to roll fresh made sushi, or to cook fresh tortillas at our fajita bars. All of our food is fresh, and at the price you are looking for.
*In order to provide the lowest price while providing exceptional service and food, we have priced all of our menus for events with 125 guests or more. Events with less than 125 guests are subject to an additional $1.00 charge per guest to help cover the costs of our all inclusive pricing.

Our chefs are on site cooking up fresh tortillas, grilled steak, chicken, sautéed peppers and onions, refried black beans, Spanish cilantro rice, cheese, fresh salsa, sour cream, and shredded green leaf lettuce.

Slow roasted Kalua pork served with Hawaiian sweet dinner rolls, our Signature Tropical fruit display, teriyaki chicken skewers, & California sushi roll. Guava or passion fruit juice available upon request.
Celebration Sushi Bar: $6.49/person
On site chef making fresh rolled sushi; including California, Philadelphia, teriyaki salmon, and shrimp rolls. Or your guests can make any special requests.
Lettuce Wraps: $4.99/person
On site Chef sautéing chicken and mushroom filling with our own blend of Asian sauces, served with fresh crisp lettuce leaves and fried glass noodles.
Sliders N’ Fries*: $7.99/person
Three burgers of your choice made fresh, with beer battered fries and sweet potato fries served in cone cups with ketchup and fry sauce. For your drink we serve Bottled IBC Root Beer, Orange Crush, and flavored Jones Sodas.

The Border: Fresh made guacamole, Pico de Gallo, pepper jack cheese, lettuce, tomato, and southwestern fry sauce.
Hawaiian Pipeline: Grilled teriyaki burger served with Swiss cheese, grilled pineapple, lettuce, tomato, onion, and mayonnaise.
The Works: Cheddar, lettuce, tomato, onion, pickle, ketchup, mayonnaise.
