Meet Utah Celebrations' Executive Chef   
Chef Steven Swallow has an extensive culinary background. He attended Utah Valley University’s Culinary Arts program where he studied under (5) phenomenal certified executive chefs and pastry chefs from around the world. Chef Swallow has worked for several restaurants and catering companies in and outside of Utah. He spent a year in Hawaii studying hospitality while he worked for a prominent catering company there. After returning form Hawaii, Chef Steven worked for several caterers in the state and saw that there was a need for a caterer that provided high-end catering without unreal prices. With over 2000 events and over 500,000 people served since the beginning in 2008 Chef Swallow has led Utah Celebrations to a nearly flawless record of food quality and service. We guarantee that your guests will be complimenting you all night on the food.

After working for and seeing several Utah caterers’ food that was sub par and overpriced, Chef Swallow decided to create a catering company that had realistic prices, exceptional food, and impressive displays. Chef Swallow takes pride in everything he does from using fresh herbs to creating extraordinary fruit displays. Sure it may take more time, money, and effort, but the end result of satisfied customers and continued business makes it worthwhile.
